Last update of the year? I have finally finished a small webpage that covers the construction of my home built MAME cabinet. Check it out.

Last purchase of the year no doubt, but what a catch it is. I've been on the look out for this for about a year or so, but now I have my own Out Zone pcb by legendary Toaplan!

Today I got three great MVS carts from Hong Kong, Shock Troopers, Shock Troopers 2nd Squad and Sonic Wings 3.
2007-11-07
Recieved a Vimana pcb from Japan.
2007-11-05
Uploaded another photo of XX Mission. Also added more info for all games (year of make and maker logos)
2007-10-25
I got text message from girlfriend "You've got a package from the US". Oh happy day! It was a (much needed) Mission XX / XX Mission pcb by favorites, UPL.
2007-10-18
Recieved a Last Resort MVS cart that I bought at a "can't resist" price last week. Nice. Also extended the yellow area to the right so the scrollbar fits better with the layout. I was really bothered with that for a while. :D
2007-10-02
Today, my stupid mailman had shoved the Gunbird PCB I was waiting for into my mailbox. Stupid! It isn't working, and now I can't tell if it was broken when sent out either. Stupid!
2007-09-18
Recieved two MVS carts in the mail, Aero Fighters 2 and Blazing Star. I felt I needed some good shmups for horizontal gaming, and you can't get any better than these two imho.
Also made the design of these pages a bit slimmer so people with 4:3/3:4 monitors will have more fun browsing them. Here's hoping people with widesceen monitors will have at least as much fun! :D

Today I picked up a Raiden bootleg at the local post office. Tested for video and sound only, will see if it's playable as well ASAP.
2007-08-30
Recieved a nice Secret Agent kit from a swedish seller. This is the outside of the US version of Sly Spy. Also in the mail today a Konami Classic -> JAMMA adapter so I can finally test my Time Pilot pcb! Very nice.
2007-08-25
Went to Liseberg with ARF to hang out and play some games. Also got my improved Ninja Kid 2 pcb from Sticky. Nice. Sega Rally SP is the shit btw.
2007-08-09
Today my Time Pilot pcb arrived. To my dismay, it was labelled "Space Pilot", the bootleg version of Time Pilot. It's a really nice bootleg, but I would have preferred it to be a Konami original board. Well, time will tell, I haven't gotten my Konami Classic to JAMMA adapter yet, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's the real deal. It wasn't über-expensive, so it's no biggie.
2007-08-07
Recieved a Rolling Thunder pcb from eBay/The Us. Very quick indeed. Had to clean it with a Wettex, because it had about 20 years of dust on it, so I'm gonna let it rest until tomorrow so it's dry enough for testing. This is a happy day, since this is one of those games that I really need to own.

This is so typical for me. I was adjusting the video sync in my JK cabinet as described below and was convinced that my power was killed in the process. Got a new power-unit (cheap hower) only to (surprise, surprise) see that if you set you video sync wrong, the symptons you get resembles those of a powerfailure. So, ta-daa, the power is working after all. Well, now I have a spare power-unit to use for JAMMA-fying my MAME cabinet.
2007-07-31
Recieved my first CPS-game! Three Wonders is a totally awesome addition to any game collection, as it's three above average games in one. Unfortunately, while testing it out, the power in my JK cabinet crashed. Bummer. Ah, well, I'll just have to buy a new one.

Got home from this years mud that is the Roskilde Festival in Denmark yesterday and found two cool games waiting... Gun Force and Aero Fighters!
And today I got my Metal Slug 5 JAMMA pcb (way cooler than a NEO GEO cart)! Too bad I've spent this much money though, 'cause there's a lot more of this month left...
2007-06-29
Recieved a nice Rastan PCB from the US in the mail today. It's VERY dirty, but I've managed to get most of the parts cleaned off with some Wettex action.
2007-06-23/24

Soldered an adapter for my Rygar original board and switched romset to a Japanese one. So I no longer have a Rygar original board, but an Argus No Senshi one! And now that it works, I can redo my MAME high score of 4 million points...
2007-06-21
Today a true classic arrived in the mail. Black Tiger by Capcom! Very nice since I've always loved this game. Ah the music alone...
2007-06-17
Nice week! Today, Metal Slug 3 and Dragon Blaze arrived from Fuijita. Thanks for another great deal Lowemark!
2007-06-16
Today I recieved a Metal Slug 4 MVS in the mail. Also a set of nice Seimitsu buttons for my JK Cabinet. I hooked them up today and the are NICE! Goin into the cabinet, I also took the time to install the coin button on the side of the cabinet that I've always wanted. Very handy, and easy to turn of should I want to make a profit from my game, (Insert evil laugh here)
i also got some cool T-Shirts today, one green Taito Shirt, one japanese Rygar (of course!) and one Twin Hawk. To bad the guys at the print shop messed up the Rygar shirt (we sent them RGB prints, their machines uses CMYK, go figure). Ah well, cool anyway. I'm currently wearing my Twin Hawk title screen printed shirt. Nice!
2007-06-08
Finally! I've gotten my hands on a Raiden Fighters cartridge for my SPI motherboard! Now I can finally test the mobo, as well ass play the awesome shmup! It arrived today from the previous owner, madness! It's a pleasure as always!
2007-06-02
I was my birthday two days ago, and today I got a soldering station as a present! I'm gonna re-do the wireing in my JK as my first project. Then I'm gonna JAMMA-fy the MAME-cabinet. Cool!
2007-05-18
Sold my Ninja Kid 2/Rad Action PCB since it has suicide sound (dead). New owner is Sticky, a swedish collector. Now I'm gonna try to hunt down the later revision that is circulating that's without the encrypted sound CPU. It's been debated wether it's a bootleg or an "aftermarket" board, but I don't really care, as long as it's in good shape and works.
2007-05-15
Today I got a cool Psikyo shmup, Sol Divide - Blade Of Darkness. It's has some cool dragons, wizards and such.
2007-05-11
Recieved a very large box containing my precious Rygar #3. This board is very nice looking, so hopefully it will work perfectly and last forever. And I shall sherish it as long as we're together. I got a little surprise in the box as well, the auction was for the game itself, a manual and a marquee. But there was also a very nice bezel as well. Hey, I'm a poet and I didn't know it. There are of course pictures of all of this at the games page.
2007-05-10
Added some quick navigation links for my System Motherboards page. Go check it out!
2007-05-06
I put on a sunsceen onto the bezel glass in my MAME cabinet. Took the oppurtunity of grabbing some photos of the insides, as I almost never take the glass of (the monitor doesn't rotate, because it's too big to be in vertical position). Go to the cabinets page and click the little picture of the MAME cabinet to see the photos.
2007-05-04/05
Took a better photo of my Metal Slug X cartridge for my Neo-Geo MVS. Because of this, now there's also a high-resolution image available for it. I have a package at the post office. Perhaps it's another game? I sure hope it is.
And it was my Japan-package containing a Seibu SPI Motherboard (I'm gonna buy some cool Raiden games for this eventually), a Seimitsu LS-29 Spinner (I'm gonna hook up a spinner panel for my JK cabinet for some lovely Arkanoid action) and some 40 pcs of PCB feet/distancers (when you buy games off of eBay, you're bound to loose a leg or three)
Played Twin Cobra once today and realized that the game is actually harder when set to easy, because the enemy fire is so friggin' slow. I've set the dip switches correctly (default) now so it should now be playable. (On a side note here, I always have my dips set to default, and I just thought other gamers did as well)
Took a nice photo of my MVS Motherboard. So now it's up there in all it's glory.
I have also registered a guestbook for ya'll to drop your respect in. You can reach it from the misc page.
2007-05-03
Recieved a much awaited Twin Cobra PCB in the mail. I'm gonna hook it up and play it as much as possible this weekend.
2007-04-27
Added a stats/counter to my site. It's fun to check out the activity. After all, without any activity, what's the significance of having a website?
Also added a couple of links to swedish arcade collectors in the misc section.
2007-04-25
Reworked the games-page with links to every single game to speed up the browsing. I'm considering doing the same for the system motherboards-page later on, but since I only have 5 games there it's not worth the effort right now. Added some more links in the misc-page.
Changed the appearance of weblinks. They are no longer generic website blue. : D
2007-04-24
Changed the layout so that the whole webpage fits your browser if you're browsing in 1024x768 or using a widescreen monitor in 1280 x 800 and such resolutions. Added some more pcb photos for games that I also have artworks or marquees for. Added some more links in the 'misc' section.
Uploaded this webpage to a faster server (my webproviders free web space)
2007-04-23/24
Did some cosmetic fixes to how text is displayed, so now it should look as good in IE as it does in Mozilla.
2007-04-22
Started work on these pages, i.e. designed them and did some basic html. Then got carried away and put up all my games with lots of nice info. Because, who really want's to browse empty friggin' pages, right?
